I believe this is a house finch, either a female or an immature male. Shooting into the sky, my camera picked up all of the dust spots, and I was able to erase some (most?) of them on the BW Graphic Novel filter. Also, you can sort of see a little bit of the blue/purple fringe on the color image that you sometimes get shooting something HDR with a sky background, which you don't really see at all in the BW image.
