Really Cool Castle Plate Detail (Graphic Novel filter)

I really, really, really (really? really!) like this castle plate from the The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I love the colors and... the castle! The challenge with converting such an image is that it was printed on a plate with various layers (and reflected lights!). But... did I mention how much I really like this plate?
