I had processed this image earlier with Photomatix and Photoshop Elements' Dry Brush filter. This time, I cropped the image in AuroraHDR (top image) and then used Photoshop Elements' Graphic Novel filter, layering together 4 graphic novel images (middle image), and then I added color (final image).
