It's an Asian Beetle, identified as such by the black M/W marking on its head. These little bugs are often viewed as nuisance bugs, their presence being defined with words such as "infestation". I like the grain of the wood in the background of this little bug; I don't like the little glare on the top, but... that's what I got when taking the picture from this angle (without any shades to block the glare...).
