One of the great things about visiting a place like the Mall of America is that you can find so many different varieties and plants growing indoors. In a place like Minnesota (with our subzero temperatures,) it's nice to find somewhere with an "indoor garden". Otherwise, our plant-life around here this time of year just looks a little bit brown.
