Creeper Flicker on a Tree (Graphic Novel filter)

I'm not sure if it's the open beak, the stuff inside its beak, or the general overall darkness of the image, but I thought that this Flicker on the tree looked a little bit creepy. Thanks for stopping by and looking at my pictures! :)
